3 yoga poses for inflexible men

Maybe you have tried yoga or thought about doing yoga, but thought you were not flexible enough. This quick video is great for guys or even women who have tightness and can’t quite do traditional yoga poses. One of the biggest misconceptions men think is that they can’t do yoga because they are not flexible enough. But that is not true. When you start to learn how to do yoga poses in a way that your body can and stay consistent, you will slowly start to build more mobility and flexibility in your body.

In this video, I give you 3 yoga poses to try and how to do them if you aren’t flexible. Yoga blocks are a great way to bring the ground up closer to you, to help you perform a pose correctly. I even like using them for people who are more advanced. Check out my favorite yoga equipment here

I hope that you don’t let being tight or having inflexible muscles stop you from stretching your body!
