As a busy mom of 4, I get that you probably don’t have much time.

I get the challenge of doing it all and feeling like you have no time for yourself. Because I was there once.

After my third kid, I was really struggling to manage everything and put myself on the back burner.

I was working part-time while my husband was in school full-time and doing the military reserves, so the kids & taking care of the house were mostly up to me.

On the days I was home, the kids were like wrecking balls around the house and it was hard to keep them fed before they were hungry again. (Right, they are like eating machines)

On the days I would work, I would get home and make dinner, and clean up, and it felt like I had no time left to work out or take care of myself.

I mean walking up a flight of stairs doesn’t take long, so I didn’t need to workout for a long time.

I wasn’t looking to run a marathon, just to keep up with my kids and make it up the stairs without needing to catch my breath.

So I started with quick workouts and eventually worked up to about 30 minutes most days.

I stayed consistent and pretty soon, I was feeling strong, I was dropping that “mommy weight”, and was in better shape.

And this year, at 40 years old, I was able to do pull-up and enjoy

vacation with my kids and do all the things that they did.

If I stayed on the same trajectory I was on, I might have

avoided this tower and other fun things with my kids.

  • Not at all! Your workouts will be designed for you and your goals based on your personal training assesment. These workouts are customized, so maybe Monday you want a 15-minute beginner core workout, Wednesday a 30-minute strength workout with no squats, and Friday a yoga workout that is for a beginner. We will create that for you. No 2 clients will have the same program.

  • Absolutely! A monthly subscription is created to make billing easy and you can cancel anytime before it renews.

  • The four main workouts to choose from are strength training (with hand weights, body weight, or therabands), yoga, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and relaxing/stretching based. Movement like walking can also be added in. Cardio may also be added in but is not the main focus. We will work together to design an exercise program that you want to do.

  • We start right where you are. So that may just be adding movement and walking to start with. Then we might add in 5-10 minutes of strength training and eventually work up to more. My goal is to find the just right challenge for you, so you keep coming back to exercise.

  • If you are released from your doctor to move and exercise, we can start within your limits. For example, if you can’t stand, we can create a program around sitting. Also if you have more of an old injury generally adding in gradual movement and exercise can help tissues to heal and your body feel better. When you have chronic pain and you don’t exercise, muscles get tighter, you get weaker, and it can actually increase your pain. We can discuss any concerns and specific injuries on a free call or you can send me a message.

  • If you have a supportive coach, you will find that you are able to do so much more for your health than you can do on your own. When you get clear on exactly what you need to do and stop wasting time on things that are not helping, you will see that time becomes less of a struggle. As a mom of 4, I try to keep things simple & effective. Most of my clients only workout 10-30 minutes 3-5 days a week.
