How to get started working out

(Estimated Reading Time: 2 minutes)

One thing I commonly hear is that people don’t know where to start in their fitness routine. So when you’re struggling to figure out where to start you are probably not starting. And we know that you must take ACTION to create CHANGE.

That is why I created this free five-day challenge. It will lay out exactly what you need to do each day. Especially when you’re starting a new fitness routine you do not need a really long workout.

It is best to start small and slowly build up your strength so that you want to come back each day and you are not super sore.

Another thing I commonly hear is people struggling to stay consistent. In order to build up muscle, I recommend strength training at least three times a week. But I find it better to stay consistent if you work out at least five days a week. Because then you start to develop that habit of working out.

So that is why I created this challenge for five days because I want you to develop a habit of working out every day. And you won’t develop that habit in a week, but it will get you started.

And to make this challenge doable because I know a lot of people are busy like me it is only 15 minutes a day. So you can carve out the time to fit in just 15 minutes. And in that 15 minutes, you will start to build strength and a habit of exercise.

This is what is included in the challenge:

✅ Workout plan laid out for you with FULL VIDEOS

Quick workout! Only 15 minutes a day.

Strengthen & tone your body

✅ Build consistency to losing weight
