How to eat whole foods as a busy family

This is for those busy moms and busy families who want to start eating healthy together and make small steps towards clean eating and whole foods. If the idea of clean eating sounds too overwhelming just keep in mind it doesn't have to be an all-or-nothing approach.

Most of know that we should be eating more whole foods and less processed foods. But it can be HARD! Right? I know! I have 4 kids myself and it is totally easier to give them processed food or something packaged instead of eating real, whole foods. (Check out my favorite kitchen gadgets here)

But we don’t have to eat either all whole foods or none. We can make small changes and swap things out slowly. (Recipe ideas here.)
