You can then fine-tune it as needed, depending on factors like weather, activity level, and how much you're sweating. One handy indicator to guide you is the color of your urine. Dark urine in the morning signals dehydration, which is normal after a night's sleep. But throughout the day, aim for that pale yellow hue. If it's consistently too dark, consider increasing your intake.
