Here are cliff notes, but tune in hear all the details!

Why regulating your blood sugar is important

This becomes really important when you want to prevent cravings because it helps you avoid a blood sugar dip. And when your blood sugar dips too low your body naturally wants a quick carb.

What it feels like if your blood sugar is low

When your blood sugar is low it may feel like:

  • Tiredness

  • Irritated/angry

  • Cravings for sugar and carbs

  • Anxiety

  • Mood swings

  • Shaky, jittery feelings

  • Poor memory

  • Brain fog

  • Headaches

How to avoid the blood sugar roller coaster

To balance your blood sugar, you need to fuel your body correctly. Protein and healthy fat are really key. I go into depth on this topic in my nutrition course available for clients and members. Learn more here on how to work with me.

How to avoid the “hangry” feeling

If you are feeling hangry this could be a sign you just haven’t ate in a while or you didn’t eat well and you need to focus on blood sugar balance.

How your mindset affects your control around food

If you think you can’t, you won’t. Start tuning into what thoughts are you telling yourself about food. Do you think you just can’t go without sugar or pop?

Bringing awareness to your habits around work pirates, birthday parties, and always having a sweet after dinner

We do so many things out of habit and this includes food too! So bring some awareness and then make a conscious choice.

Keeping your bigger goal and why in mind & choosing your health

Think about why you want to eat healthy and not just about losing weight. Dig deep here.

Recognizing what thoughts you have about food.

Do you think you can go without sugar or sweets?
